What kind of organisations does Lumencrest typically work with? +

We work with mid-sized organisations in Bangkok, generally between 20 and 250 staff. Most of our clients are running well enough but have noticed that their internal coordination — how they meet, how they document things, how their leadership team works together — has grown organically and could be more deliberate.

How long do engagements typically take? +

It depends on the service. The Meeting Cadence Audit runs for around two weeks. Documentation System Design takes four to six weeks. Leadership Cadence Design unfolds over two months. Timelines are agreed at the start and adjusted only if the scope changes with your agreement.

What is the process for starting an engagement? +

We begin with a short conversation — usually 45 minutes — to understand your situation and what you are hoping to address. If there is a reasonable fit, we'll send a brief written scope for your review. Once that is agreed, we schedule the first session and begin.

Are the prices listed for single engagements or retainers? +

Each price listed (฿7,200 / ฿20,400 / ฿34,200) is for one complete engagement. There are no retainer requirements. Some clients choose to work with us on more than one service over time, but this is always at their initiative and on its own terms.

What happens to the materials produced during an engagement? +

Everything we produce — reports, templates, documentation systems, cadence documents — belongs entirely to your organisation. Lumencrest retains no rights over any deliverable. You may use, modify, or share the materials as you see fit.

How is client information handled? +

Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not discuss client details with other clients or third parties. Meeting notes and observations collected during an engagement are used only to inform our recommendations and are not retained after the engagement closes.
