Lumencrest
Working with structure

Why Lumencrest

What sets our approach apart

Consulting practices vary widely. Lumencrest is built on a specific set of commitments about how engagements are scoped, conducted, and delivered — commitments that shape every piece of work we do.

Core Advantages

Six reasons to work with Lumencrest

Narrow, well-defined scope

We do not offer broad management consulting. We offer three specific services, each with a defined method and output. You know what you are paying for before work begins.

Observation-led work

Recommendations come from direct observation of your organisation, not from applying a generic framework. We spend time understanding the specific situation before suggesting anything.

Written deliverables

Every engagement ends with a written document. Not slides, not verbal summaries — a structured document the client owns and can use, revisit, and share independently.

Respectful of your time

We do not embed ourselves in your organisation for months. Engagements are contained, with clear start and end dates, designed to minimise disruption to your team's regular work.

Client autonomy respected

Suggestions are suggestions. We present what we observed and what structural adjustments might follow. The leadership team decides what, if anything, to adopt.

In-person, Bangkok-based

We work in person in Bangkok. Observation requires presence. We are familiar with the local business environment — its rhythms, communication norms, and organisational cultures.

In Depth

Each advantage explained

Expertise

Deep familiarity with organisational coordination

The Lumencrest team has worked inside and alongside organisations for a combined fifteen-plus years, specifically observing how people coordinate. Meeting fatigue, documentation gaps, and leadership misalignment are not abstract concepts for us — they are patterns we have seen repeatedly across sectors and sizes.

This means we arrive at an engagement with well-developed pattern recognition, not a blank page. We know what to look for, what questions to ask, and what kinds of structural adjustments tend to make a practical difference.

Process

A repeatable, disciplined engagement method

Each Lumencrest service follows a structured method developed across multiple engagements. The steps — observation, analysis, recommendation, delivery — are consistent. What varies is the content, which is always specific to the client's situation.

This consistency allows us to manage engagements efficiently without losing the contextual depth that makes recommendations useful. You benefit from a process that has been refined, not improvised.

Client Experience

Plain communication throughout

We communicate in straightforward terms. Scope documents are written in plain language. Reports explain observations clearly, without consulting jargon. Working sessions are facilitated to support genuine discussion, not to demonstrate expertise.

If something changes during an engagement — if scope needs adjusting or if we observe something unexpected — we raise it with you directly rather than quietly absorbing it.

Value

Fixed fees, no retainer requirements

Each engagement has a fixed price stated upfront: ฿7,200 for the Meeting Cadence Audit, ฿20,400 for Documentation System Design, and ฿34,200 for Leadership Cadence Design. There are no monthly retainers, no open-ended billing, and no additional fees.

Clients who return for further work do so on their own terms, for whichever service they find useful at that point.

Outcomes

Tangible outputs, not advisory impressions

The deliverable from each Lumencrest engagement is a concrete document: a meeting audit report, a documentation system with templates, or a written leadership cadence. These are not summaries of conversations — they are finished products the organisation can use.

Whether and how the client implements the recommendations is their choice. But the starting point is always a clear, usable document, not a set of impressions.

Distinctive Features

What you will not find elsewhere

The cadence document format

Our Leadership Cadence Design engagement produces a written cadence document — a specific format we developed to capture a leadership team's agreed working rhythm in a form they can distribute, discuss, and amend. This is not a standard consulting output.

Meeting ecosystem review

Rather than reviewing a single meeting or running a survey, the Meeting Cadence Audit examines the entire meeting pattern across the organisation as a system. This perspective often reveals structural issues that are invisible at the level of individual meetings.

Documentation architecture, not content writing

Our Documentation System Design does not write your procedures for you. It designs the system — the structure, taxonomy, templates, and conventions — so that your team can populate it efficiently. This distinction matters; architecture scales, content writing does not.

Bangkok in-person presence

We are based in Bangkok and do not conduct this work remotely. Physical presence in your workplace is what makes observation possible. Remote consulting on organisational structure tends to produce generic observations. Ours are specific because we were there.
